The morning of January 1st, 2025 started off with our first trip to the front lines in the new year. It lasted four days, during which we covered three and a half thousand kilometers and delivered some useful items to the various units located from Slobozhanshchyna to Dnipro.
As usual, we had some emergencies awaiting us on the road (searching for car parts, night shifts etc.) In a word, a whole “bouquet of surprises” for the war-time volunteers. But it was really worth it!
- We delivered five Volkswagen T4’s from the project “10 Vehicles for the 93rd Brigade”. The Telegram community “Rocket Danger” made a separate fundraiser and became the patron of the 5th vehicle (“techyk”). Thank you! A sixth car was also being prepared for delivery, but in the evening of December 31st, it showed a technical malfunction. Therefore, the car remained “home” for repairs, so that it could be sent to the soldiers completely ready. The front is not a place for cars that are not driving. This is a matter of the soldiers’ safety.
- 10 Hell birds of Revenge were delivered to the 109th Brigade. The project “100 Birds of Hell” has reached the count of 55 drones delivered to the frontlines of the planned 100. At the moment, the funds have been raised for more than 60 “birds” and the project is still ongoing!
- The drones of the “April” workshop were delivered to the Air Defense Forces in Slobozhanshchyna and the 127th brigade of the TDF of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
- Two bombers, which were assembled at the workshop were delivered to the front in the Pokrovskyi direction.
- Two divisions were provided with the necessary auto parts and high-profile winter automobile tires.
- During this trip the volunteer group also ensured the transfer of equipment for the Defense Forces, purchased by friends and partners from the United Help Ukraine fund, from the Lviv region to the central parts of Ukraine.
In total, “April” fund community provided the aid to the Defense Forces of Ukraine in the amount of over 810,000 UAH during this January trip.
In fact, the preparation of each departure takes weeks, sometimes months.
The efforts of dozens of people in the workshop, benefactors of individuals and legal entities, and actually a team of volunteers. We thank everyone who stood side by side for the sake of saving the life of the Ukrainian soldier.
Special thanks to the Chipo gas station network for their constant support with fuel.
Christ was born!
Ukraine above all.
